S Type Units

PDCS Portable Dust Collectors come in many different filter areas, with 1, 2 or 4 bags with 6 or 12 top bags and 1 or 2 bottom bags. Filterbags are made from polyester beane or felt. They have an efficiency rating of 99.97% on particles 1 micron and larger and are washable. Theses dust collectors are for inside use only. All Portable collectors come with heavy duty casters for easy movement. All "S" type collectors are available with dust tight magnetic switches as an option in 3 phase electrics only. Options include silencers to keep the noise to under 80 dBA. as well as steel drums instead of a bottom bag. And multi port inlet connector boxes all priced separately. Std finish of the 14ga thru 20 ga manufactured units is machine over rust inhibiting primer. Other colours are available to suit at additional cost. All motors are TEFC HI-Efficiency type to meet new standards. All units are covered with a 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. Filters and fan wheels are excluded.

Small/Short S Type Units

S1-This compact, low portable dust collector is complete with a switch, four casters, one filter bag and push handle. The S1 is ideally suited for coarse dust, chips, medium amounts of mixed dust or light loads of fine dust. S2L This small, portable dust collector for saws fits under most work benches and is only 32" high including 3" casters. The S 2-L is ideally suited for coarse dust, chips, medium amounts of mixed dust or light loads of fine dust. Included is one filter bag, four casters, a push handle and a multiple inlet connector box (1 x 3" & 1 x 5").

Cyclone S Type Units

These are compact and sturdy portable cyclone dust collectors, suitable for medium amounts of fine and very fine dust of wood, metal, paper, chemicals and plastics, etc. Each unit has one cyclone section, six small top bags, one connector sleeve and one collection drum. All voltages are available.
