This redesigned sturdy inside/outside dust collector, from 5 HP to 40 HP, comes in 8 different
configurations: with drums or with air locks for bin loading. All models have a sprinkler head in the filter section. One explosion relief door is an
option. The B" unit is available with 8" ∅ filter bags for coarse dust, chips and large shavings or 5" ∅ for fine dust. All units have a
motorized filter shaker, from 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP. The collector is made from 10 ga. HRS and 12 ga. CRS, with a high gloss machinery paint finish over
primer. Filter media is polyester needle felt or polyester Beane® knit. Both fabrics can be dry-cleaned or machine washed."
This self cleaning down draft table, 39" x 78" (1 meter x 2 meters) has push button activated, compressed
air cleaning and is especially suited for fine and very fine dust. The Pulse 4000 has 2 collection drawers, 4 filter cartridges and hard wood slats on
the working surface. The separate motor/blower assembly has a built in silencer for low noise operation. The spun-bonded polyester cartridge filters
are conveniently washable and durable. The finish is medium blue, high gloss machinery paint over primer. Other colours are optional.

These efficient dust collectors are available for discharge with drum(s) or a rotary air lock. The "PC"
unit has the added benefit of a low profile to comply with architectural controls in the newer industrial parks. Our proprietary cartridge mounting
system allows for convenient maintenance and replacement of the filters without hiring outside service crews.PC unitsare cleaned with a compressed air
jet pulse and include compressed air connections, solenoid valves and a sequencer board. All units have explosion relief doors. Nomex® cartridges
or Nomex® filters can be ordered, as well as a HEPA filter in the return air duct. A variety of filter media is available in filter cartridges,
depending on your dust source: Paper, Polyester felt, Spun polyester, Paper/fibre mix and Nomex®, etc. Available in 26" and 36" high cartridges
mounted vertically within the dust chamber.

This PPJ Portable pulse jet dust collection system features twin cyclones to separate and discharge larger
dust particles into the steel receiving bin below. Featuring a self-cleaning cast aluminum fan wheel and easy to clean twin vertically mounted
cartridge filters, this new innovative machine allows for easy maintenance through the use of the pulse jet design. By connecting your compressed
airline this creates enough pressure to allow the operator to activate each of the two diaphragm valves forcing a jet of air into the cartridges,
dislodging and forcing any dust on the inner surface of the cartridge down into the bottom bin. This is done all at the push of two buttons! An easy
to read magnehelic gauge shows the differential pressure on the filter, so you know when it's time to clean. Filter removal is simple and emptying the
bin is made easy with the retractable lid design.
PDCS Portable Dust Collectors come in many different filter areas, with 1, 2 or 4 bags with 6 or 12 top
bags and 1 or 2 bottom bags. Filterbags are made from polyester beane or felt. They have an efficiency rating of 99.97% on particles 1 micron and
larger and are washable. Theses dust collectors are for inside use only. All Portable collectors come with heavy duty casters for easy movement. All
"S" type collectors are available with dust tight magnetic switches as an option in 3 phase electrics only. Options include silencers to keep the
noise to under 80 dBA. as well as steel drums instead of a bottom bag. And multi port inlet connector boxes all priced separately. Std finish of the
14ga thru 20 ga manufactured units is machine over rust inhibiting primer. Other colours are available to suit at additional cost. All motors are TEFC
HI-Efficiency type to meet new standards. All units are covered with a 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. Filters and fan
wheels are excluded.

Collector uses water as the primary filter, and Opt Teflon coated final filters, polyester filters are standard. Pulse clean is standard for heavy
duty use. Water is re-circulated using Opt. liquid filter housing and pump. Level control ensures water stays at right level for effective removal of
particulate.
